"35 minutes waiting in line. Thought I was at DMV then realized my last visit to DMV was just 10 minutes. My point? Being compared to & doing worse than DMV, pretty well sums up the rating of this pharmacy."

"No stars is more like it, terrible service. I use the app to request refills, I request mail delivery, never works. I even received a phone call that their shipping label printer wasn’t working so couldn’t mail it. What happened to good old hand writing. By the time my husband was able to go to the pharmacy, they had re- bottled the pills and told him he had to wait 50 min. This is not the only time I’ve had issues getting them to mail the prescription s or get refills done with out several phone calls. And calling them is a joke . Contacting thru the app is also non existent."

"Good luck having prescriptions transferred here. The first time I went in person to request to have something transferred I was asked if I would like anything else sent over from the Kroger pharmacy I had used before. I said yes, if you could go ahead and have them all transferred here, that'd be great. I go a few days later to pick up the original medicine and ask about another one I need. She said that was the only one sent over. So I ask to have another one transferred and she said I should have my doctor call it in because it would "be easier." (for who?) I call my doctor who says she's not going to call in another one if the original one is active and that they should transfer it. So I request the transfer on the Safeway app so I don't bother them in person again. I check the box asking them all to be sent over this time. Once again only one is ready a few days later. So I go back on the app and ask to have the third and final one transferred. This was about two weeks ago, and I have never had it filled. After a week I called to check on it, and they said to call Kroger. I called Kroger who said they never got anything. I called Safeway again to ask them nicely to please call Kroger and resubmit it. They said to call Kroger back. "I JUST talked to them and they said to call you." "I don't have their number." I DON'T HAVE THEIR NUMBER?" I gave him the number and he sighed and said they would call. This was five days ago, meanwhile I've run out of my anti-anxiety meds and they could care less - cut me off when I tried to tell them. Really, I don't need them to be nice to me though as long as I could have had my prescription filled in a timely manner and better communication. I travel and work seasonally and have to switch pharmacies sometimes twice a year depending on where I move to and never have I had such a negative experience."
