"Store is understaffed due to many things locked up. This is a state problem in the land of no consequences. Don’t trust the advertised promos but staff is quick to correct. The store staff is always nice & Julie recently went out of her way to help. On line support is the worst when called to correct my account. I give online support a zero and would never trust with prescriptions."

"This the slowest pharmacy on the planet. It doesn’t matter if you’ve called your prescription in, if you’ve been told it’s ready. It won’t be, and you’ll wait 45 minutes to be told this. Got 3 prescriptions to pick up? They’ll get 2 ready and forget about the 3rd. 20 more minutes of waiting for you. I am baffled by how horrible this pharmacy is."

"We waited in line for an hour and we’re told my daughters meds weren’t ready and to come back later so we did that. When we came back we waited for another hour in line and as soon as we got up to the window they closed down and did not finish out the line. I went inside to see if there was any way that I could get my daughters medicine and the manager was very rude and dismissive. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to ANYBODY who wants a pleasant experience"

"If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars, I would. I've tried to pick up our meds several times only for them to say it's not ready, then they cancel my prescription. I called and was on hold for over 45 minutes each time, only for them to hang up on me. I'm going on week two without meds for my kids and I.as a dsiabled person, I can't just sit and wait at the pharmacy all day."

"Today my wife and I had Covid tests scheduled at 12 and 12:15 at the 980 E Cypress Ave location in Redding. We arrived 15 minutes early as the email dictated. The email said follow signage but there was no signage so we joined the drive thru pharmacy line. Since the ONLY signage specified the new hours and in big bold print that "both lanes open" we followed traffic into the far lane. Even though there were only 7 cars in front of us when we arrived we did not get to the front of the line and talked to until after 12:45 when we were informed that "whoops only the left lane can do Covid tests" and that we'd need to go wait in line again. I explained I had a fussy two year old in the back seat and the kid on the other end of the radio didn't offer any help. When I went inside to inquire why there wasn't signage the lady at the counter blamed homeless people stealing them, and when I said that was unacceptable she called for a manager. When "Nick" finally showed up he was ranting into his radio about "what am I supposed to do when a sign blows down", I assume unaware I was the rowdy customer he was coming to talk with. He had a quick exchange where he alternately blamed being short staffed and then again asserted his sign blew over. Then he flippantly announced he wasn't dealing with this, walked away and said I can either get back in line or go somewhere else. I've included pictures from the store showing all signage. He's right a sign had blown over but nowhere on it did it specify anything about lanes for Covid tests. I'm not sure which excuse was more offensive, the one about homeless people stealing the sign or the fictional blown over sign but I find the behavior of the staff despicable. I plan on contacting BBB and both Redding and state chamber of commerces about the managers behavior, as well as the California pharmaceutical board over the appalling disregard for a pandemic. Only servicing 7 cars in an hour and turning away appointments because they weren't psychic about lines is not putting public safety first."
