"I wish I could give them 0 stars. They have been my pharmacy for almost a decade with no issues, then suddenly everything changed within the last year. Now; - Prescriptions are NEVER ready even when the automated system says they are ready. I've been told by several Walgreens pharmacy employees that "it's just their policy" to automatically mark the prescription as ready in 2 days regardless of its actual status. Very frustrating. - The wait to pick up a prescription that is ready (supposedly) is ALWAYS 45 min to an hour now! They are chronically short staffed and often weeks behind on prescriptions. - If you try calling them prepare to wait on hold for at least an hour every time! What's more, their phone system is programmed to automatically just hang up on you if you've been on hold for more than 30 min! The pharmacists try to get around this by picking up the phone every 30 min or so and putting you back on hold but most of my calls over the last month get disconnected after about an hour without ever even speaking to a live person. - When there's a problem with a prescription they no longer contact you to let you know anymore. Again, I've been told that it is now their policy to wait for the customer to contact them instead of reaching out. Since you can't get through on the phone that means you have to wait in line for an hour plus just to get issues sorted out. This happens EVERY TIME I get a prescription filled now. After nearly 10 years as a Walgreens customer I've switched to a different pharmacy and you should too."

"Easily the worst pharmacy in all of Redding.Every time I've come here to pick up a prescription, that had been called in to be filled hours ago even the day before. They don't ever have it ready. It doesn't matter whether they're busy it doesn't matter whether they're slow. Every time I go they always tell me it's going to be 45 minutes to fill a prescription. Even if it's called in ahead of time, even if it's called in the whole day before to make sure they have enough time. No matter what you will never get this prescription out of this pharmacy on time ever. I will totally be changing pharmacies. I've gone here a total of five times and every single time has been awful. I don't understand how they are still functioning. If I could give no stars I would leave no stars, negative even."

"If 0-5 was possible I would leave it. I always call ahead and show up half an hour past the time they give me. 100% of the time my prescriptions are still not ready and I have to wait 20 mins- 1 hr more. Will be changing pharmacies after today’s pickup (told 12:30 showed up at 1 still not even reviewed by pharmacist) it’s now 3:30 we shall see"
