"My experience with the CVS pharmacy was terrible. I tried to get a hold of them twice over the phone before I went in. Then I receive an email that my prescription should be ready. I go into pick it up and they said they’re closing for lunch. So I go back later that day and wait in line for 45 min to get to the counter and them to tell me it won’t be ready for another 20 min, after I received an email 5 hrs earlier saying it was ready. Very disappointed with my first experience at this pharmacy."
"There is usually a line here for the pharmacy, especially from about 5 to 8, prices are average, a little higher than Walgreens. I go here because they answer their phones and return phone calls unlike Walgreens and I would rather pay a little extra for the better service, plus the store is near my house. Most of the clerks in the retail section are always friendly and helpful. Some of the pharmacy staff are not very familiar with drug plans, so it is best to call your insurance provider or another drug store if you think the clerk is wrong. this saved me a considerable amount on one prescription which I took to Walmart."
