"They don't care about patients. Been evaluated by 5 Nuerologist's, Stanford University Medical Center, Auburn Pain and Rehab Center, all of which have recommended a course of medical treatment and Safeway Pharmacy refuses to fill the Doctor's orders for Medicine!! I would like to add that I had a heart attack 2 years ago and to suddenly be refused medicine is extremely dangerous according to my Cardiologist. I guess my estate will be the one to file the lawsuit against them for my wrongful death!!"
"I could not pick it up. After discussing the situation with Ed, he sarcastically said sorry to me. I said his sorry didn’t seem sincere. He said it wasn’t. I then told him he can’t treat people like trash, that he can’t treat people badly. He responded by saying he can treat people any way he wants to. Then proceeded to act like a 5 year old and say bye repeatedly. I wish I was embellishing, but sadly this is all true. I’ll never be back. The pharmacist Ed is a sad little man and I honestly feel bad for him. Perhaps he has issues outside of his work, I don’t know. Regardless, he needs to be removed from this position as I’m certainly not the first person to encounter this. I just spoke up about it. I would encourage anyone to look elsewhere for a pharmacy until this man leaves. It’s not worth him power tripping. I have heard him talk badly about other people as well, and again, this kind of review is not something I enjoy. It just needed to be done. I contacted his supervisor in hopes of straightening the situation. I hope he can find the help he needs, but I doubt he sees any problem with his behavior. Sadly."
"By far the worst pharmacy in Redding. They consistently do not have prescriptions ready, hours after they have been called in. I called in today to check an RX after going to the store earlier but they didn't have it ready yet. I called them over two hours after I first came in. I waited over 30 minutes before I really spoke with someone. The woman who I spoke with was extremely rude and spoke down to me in a condescending way during the phone call. They still didn't have the RX ready. Overall a very negative experience."
