"Terrible at returning calls. Phone doesn’t ring and sends you to a voicemail that only the receptionist handles. Did not get a call back at all. Called after hours so i could leave a voicemail on my dr’s voicemail and still did not receive a call back, just an email. Was supposed to receive a website for patients to correspond with my dr and did not receive it for months and only after several requests. Was told if I was unable to make my appointment because i was not well enough to drive I would be charged a $50 no show fee unless my appointment is cancelled 24 hours in advance. Poor service from a business that’s supposedly there to help people."

"Very bad at returning calls, multiple people have said they would call back and would have my daughter be given an appointment. It has been almost 2 months from the time I have started to look into getting her into a psychiatrist. Worst office."
