My Place Hotel-Medford, OR

"I found this a very quiet and safe Hotel; the check-in was smooth and the room, especially the lounge chair, was very nice. Great working desk for computers; lots of plugs, needed after a day of travel. Plenty of towels."

"Location is great, lots of stores few blocks from the hotel. It is pet friendly hotel, lots of green areas. The room is super clean. Friendly staffs too. It’s almost perfect if the wall or the door is not too thin. We could hear our next door’s conversation."

"A great place to stay. Roger at the front desk was such a great help and so friendly. The room was amazing. I love the grill outside, the size of the tub and especially the ice maker in the refrigerator. The kitchenette is awesome! Thank you for all you do."

"Our first visit. Overall, a great experience. When we booked, we requested a room for disabilities. I am walker dependent and have no balance. We did get the recliner we wanted, but I could not access the shower, and there were no assist bars around the toilet. The front desk did offer a different room, but it did not have a recliner, so we decided to make the best of the situation. The room was spacious and clean, the A/C really kept things cool, and the ice maker worked well. We did have a problem with cell phone service. Maybe a different part of the hotel would have solved the problem. Loved the laundry basket, but the missing pots/pans/utensils would have been an issue had we needed them. I've never had a kitchenette that was not equipped for use. We look forward to staying again. The place looked new, so maybe some growing pains will get worked out soon."

"What a great hotel! We stayed here as a stopover on a road trip. We wanted somewhere near Crater Lake and the I5, and Medford fit the bill. I’d never heard of the “My Place” chain before but I’m definitely a fan now. The location was quite good - easy to find and in a pretty nice end of town. A bit of noise from the highway (we were on the top floor but on that side of the building - maybe the opposite side is quieter). The room was so spacious and well thought out. Everything felt really tidy and well-kept. I loved the thoughtful features, like how they provided a laundry basket and a nice working space, as well as lots of counter/storage space in the bathroom. The kitchenette is also great, although there’s no cutlery/dishes/cooking equipment provided. The lobby and elevator were really clean. Laundry on-site is convenient. They have a little shop in the lobby too but prices seemed steep. Free coffee. My only complaint is the water doesn’t get super hot for showers, and the bit of highway noise. But I would definitely stay here again."
