"***FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!*** The indoor rooms are kinda nice, but the "breakfast" is essentially non-existent. Also, nighttime staff at the front desk gave false details when asked for info over the phone & then overcharged on check-in ($30 extra per night = $90 over price advertised) after being given a lower-priced quote over the phone. Would recommend making a reservation on the website rather than over the phone. ***EDIT (10/2): What's worse is that they won't even do anything to correct these problems, and only offered a generic response to this review. VERY disappointed.***"
"First room smelled horrible, switched to another that was better. Free breakfast is complete fabrication. Went to get breakfast, nothing was out and when I asked they claimed it was continental breakfast then pulled a box of granola bars from under the counter and gave me two tiny bars."
"Front desk was great. I love the level of service provided by the staff. When we got into the room it didn't look so bad. Because of previous reviews I first looked for bed begs, not a one was found! The only bug I seen was fly, no biggie. However, the floors weren't cleaned as my kids' feet turned black from dirt within in 30 minutes of being barefoot. There was old food left the fridge, the door know to the bathroom was broken, the extra lock on the door was broken,, there was a gap, at least an inch and a half, at the bottom of the room door. So big, I was smelling food that was heating or cooking or delivered to another room during the night while ours was shut. The shower looked like it wasn't cleaned. The caulking had mildew. Towels were stained. The room door had a peep hole that made me feel very uncomfortable, so I covered it. There were cigarette burn holes in the blankets and a white stain on one. The mattresses sucked. Super springy and you can feel every movement anyone makes on the bed."
