"The front person named Kyle was very nice. At first I thought oh no I picked the wrong motel because I saw people that probably didn’t work there. So when he gave me a room up stairs. I nearly started crying because the room was so run down. But after I told him how I felt about the room, Kyle set me up in a nice room and told me they have cameras everywhere and we r safe"

"My partner and I had a great experience while staying at this motel here in Medford. The staff was friendly as we felt welcomed. Great location and quiet. The rooms are decent size, clean, updated floors and furniture, bed was comfortable, great selection of TV channels to choose from. The breakfast is great I thought as I love biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, oranges, apples, yogurt, waffles as they had quite the assortment to choose from."

"This place is such an amazing place ! I will always choose to stay here whenever I need a place to stay. They are 100% pet friendly which is very hard to find anywhere. The rooms are amazing. And the free breakfast SLAPS. but get there early before truckers take all the gravy biscuits !!! Or you will have to rage like I did ! But other then that (which obviously I can't rate that MESSED UP SITUATION on behalf of the hotel. I guess it wasn't their fault. ) BUT THEY COULDVE PUT MORE BISCUITS OUT CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF GUESTS AND Biscuit AND GRAVY RATIO. If I had to give one form of advice it would be to stock up on more biscuits and gravy when there are truckers loitering around the gravy croc pot ready pounce. Let's just say they are lucky I didn't get there first."

"Terrible front desk person. Rude cursing as she came to counter to help us. She looked messy and said she was busy cleaning rooms. The employees that work here are also residents. Rooms were not clean. Pieces of chips on floor. Condom wrapper and stick of incense under one bed and a fake fingernail and a pill under other bed. The toilet had poop in it and it was just gross. Strange people lurking around outside. Picked this place because pets stay free. There is only a tiny strip of dirt for dogs to go to the bathroom and there is alot off dog feces."

"Hotel rooms are clean front desk is nice on the surface but once they have your money they treat you like dirt. I had someone knock at my door aggressively and yet it was the wrong hotel room but I was still kicked out for disturbing the peace. mind you, I was asleep and a stranger was pounding at my door but I was punished. Make it make sense, please. no refund and upon checking in I'm told of a deposit that I never saw back. You can do much better in this town. I'd keep looking their prices Aren't that great compared to others."
