"This motel is absolutely disgusting! As I walked into the hall where you enter into the rooms, it had this really nasty smell that I can't quite describe. But I decided to move past that as I had a very long drive and I was ready to get some rest. I walked into the room and first thing that happened was I got hit in the face by the most intense chemical bleach smell that I could imagine, made me gag. I instantly had to go over and open up the window, thankfully it opened. And then decided okay, maybe I could just let the room air out and I can settle. I went to go put my food into the refrigerator and when I opened it it was hot inside because it had been turned off and an intense mold smell hit me in the face and made me gag again. When I called the front desk the lady who ran the place said "of course it's off, It costs electricity!" Her demeanor was very rude and self-serving. On top of that, the room was pretty nasty and the whole place felt unclean other than the fact they slathered bleach on everything. Instead of unsanitary I was getting choked out by chemicals. I decided that I needed to get a refund and search for a new hotel. The whole time I was in the hotel room. I had to be as close to the window as possible like literally with my face against the screen to even breathe. In the small amount of time that I was in there, I developed a sore throat and cough. Instead of just giving me my refund, the lady interrogated me if I used any of the room and if I left it clean in a very rude manner. If you desire your health, wellbeing and comfort, I would not even think about going to this place. If I could give it zero stars or negative I would."

"If you're looking for a no-frills sort of place and consider questionable characters in the neighborhood to be more of a "feature" than a "no bug," you can't do better than the Sis-Q. Management is sympathetic to the people on the fringe of society, and will do their best to meet your needs. Just don't come here expecting a good place for a vacation getaway with the kids."

"I love this place. Not only do they currently have Very Friendly Owners, of what seems to be run by independent businessmen and women, they do not currently require the usual 1-500$ deposit to get in. they also do not mind if you have visitors as long as they leave by 8pm, a very reasonable and important part for my stays. For the populace, we are in Medford, so I would recommend you ask to stay upstairs if possible. I stress that I've seen the owners here trying very hard to keep the motel clean, especially from the normal "ask you for drugs, so I can stay upstairs and rearrange furniture 97 times and dance elephants because I feel good at 4:15am" folk who run through literally every motel here in Medford. If you ask me, I'm proud of the owners, and more importantly, they should take pride in every five star rating they receive. They've earned it. They also have drastically improved over the years."

"Yuk!!!!! Hairs in bed upon turning down bedspread. Clogged sink. Young Indian girl running the place refuses to give a receipt. She demands cash only. The sign out front says $29.95/day. Yet she charges $45-55/day unless you pay a week, cash, + deposit in advance. Noisy, loud traffic all night long. Ppl knock on your door late at night. Dirty fridge. Unvaccumed floors. Small, dirty, disgusting rooms situated in the center (facing WEST), between one-way north, and one way south, divided street. Sun beats down on room most of the day, and AC won't cool room properly and shuts off when it's 100° outside... Dumpster divers roaming all night. Homeless ppl hanging out by your parked vehicle in parking lot. Very unsafe area, spooky, depressing lil motel, still looking like it did in 1945. Horrible. Do yourself a favor.. spend the money if poss, for a better, safer, more comfortable stay - somewhere else!! Not Here!"
