"The one thing missing from our room was a chair that I could lean back in. There was a comfortable short back chair. I have a back condition that prevents me from lying in bed for several hours. Normally there has been a larger accent, or living room occasional chair that I can support my back and head with."

"A party of 5 including myself rented a hotel across the street initially. When the wifi went out for half the town during the big winter storm at the beginning of 2024, we couldn't get booked into our rooms at said hotel across the street. We got into to Medford at around 3:45 am. It was really cold and we were very tired from driving for 12 hours. We drove across to the Best Western Medford to be greeted by a super helpful and understanding concierge. She (by some miracle) hadn't closed check in for the night yet!! We were able to book two rooms for ourselves! The rooms were clean, organized, well stocked, and smelled really nice upon entering. The staff on site was super helpful in helping us book our rooms again the following morning, to continue weathering out the storm and get some much needed rest. The on site security staff was also very vigilant and friendly. The hotel staff at this location were very supportive and gave us extra toiletries, and quarters for our long traveled laundry. The staff were so friendly and kind. I highly recommend this location for a comfortable and safe stay. 10/10 ☆☆☆☆☆ TL;DR - clean rooms, friendly staff, secure property, convenient on site amenities!!"

"Easy on off the highway, friendly desk people and clean comfortable room, at a great price. I'd forgotten I've stayed here before and it was as pleasant of a stay then. I get a bit nervous at this price point glad I stayed here. Highly recommended!"

"The staff are friendly and welcoming. We found an old fig newton and plastic bracelet in our room so they could improve how they clean the rooms. Stay in the top floor unless you want headlights in your window all night on the bottom floor."

"2 stars because there was a family that was incredibly LOUD. Not only the children running up and down breezeway but the parents yelling as well. Marco polo, a game played in the pool, is not one that should be played at a motel. The noise would be heard by every guest there. I had taken a room for a quiet place to work on a coding project where I would be undisturbed and could stay late. I was also surprised at check-in when the front desk manager said they didn't let rooms out to locals. I hadade my reservation online and there was no mention of the policy. She gave me the room but she said had I been checked in by a regular front desk employee they would have refused to give me the room. Weird."
