"(Edit: They have been kind and plan to refund me.) Came in for acrylics. Had a horrible experience. Manicurist cut my cuticles too short with the e-file and 6 of them bled. He also cut my finger with his hand file. The nails are crooked, different lengths and thicknesses and the thickness on the nails are also lopsided. Three other employees came to see why I was upset and told me they couldn't make them thinner. How could they not see how lopsided the thickness was?? And that I was bleeding from multiple fingers? I understand acrylics can be thick, that wasn't the problem. Each nail was a different thickness in each corner and the nail tips didn't get shaped the same. I cried in the bathroom and when I came back out he was doing someone else's nails! He was so rough with my nails that I woke up in the middle of the night and had to ice my throbbing finger tips. I was able to come back the next day and get them worked on but they still have the same problems as before but it is a massive improvement. I was also told they'd be fixed for free which I took to mean I didn't have to pay for the set but I was wrong. They did give me a discount. But this shouldn't have happened in the first place. My nails/fingertips are still so sore. I will not be coming back. Thank you for trying to fix them and giving me a discount but this is unacceptable treatment. My fingers should not be sore for days after the nail salon and you shouldn't start with a new client if your current one isn't done or satisfied. Never been so upset about a service in my life. The other nails in the reviews look great. I don't understand what happened."

"I had a very fantastic experience with this salon. I had booked a party for 5 people to get pedicures and 3 manicures on top of that as well. They accommodated us smoothly and had the space available for us right away. The pedicure station was very cozy and I love how it is separated away from the manicure station. It was a very sanitary and well kept business. Peter had done my toes and full set and I am beyond impressed. He really took his time when it came to my pedicure and over all it was a very wonderful experience. He dealt with my indecisive self when it came to what I wanted for my nails. He was up for the challenge when I requested a spooky look for my set. He did a exceptionally great job with my design. This place was very wonderful and I look forward to returning for my mail needs. I highly recommend this place, and Peter specifically for your mail needs ✨☺️"
