"Really bad mens haircut — went back next day to have fixed at open since they wouldn’t answer the phone. There were two stylists that told me they didn’t have anything open (when no one was there) and it would have taken 5 minutes tops to fine tune / fix. Find somewhere else to go, for 23 dollars plus tip (5) this was NOT worth the headache."
"I have been bringing my daughter here for years.They lost a lot of their best stylists, and it’s starting to reflect in the quality of haircuts and coloring. The most recent cut/color we had done looks terrible. My daughter likes it, but I can see how bad the cut and color job is on the back of her hair. I’m not sure if we will continue to come back or not, but I hope they hire some more qualified staff soon."
"I've been going here for years. I'm not the easiest client, I go through phases of wanting to change my hair and I usually only have a vague idea of what I want since I'm not super picky. I cannot begin to express how talented Casey is with cutting and coloring. She always works with me to figure out what I want, prioritizing keeping my hair healthy and safe while still giving me great results. She remembers tiny details, even if I take a break from coming in for awhile like....sometimes for years. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! I have had my hair done by the other girls on occasion and they are always courteous and professional. Never had a bad experience here."
