"Came to appointment at correct time. Jayne asked for a break before starting, then had me leave the store so she could lock up and go outside for a smoke break. Did not listen to what I requested for a haircut, kept trying to sell products despite telling her I used what my doctor said I needed for my scalp. Insisted on shampooing hair that I just shampooed two hours before. Only did about five snips on my hair. Left to help another customer get product. Came back and didn't dry my hair all the way, left it all slicked back weird. Terrible experience."
"Jane complained the entire time she was cutting my hair and then she kept having to step away from my haircut and tend to other stuff going on. I totally felt like just getting up and running out, but she was only half done with my hair, so I had to suffer through it. I couldn’t leave fast enough when she was finished. I have always gone to this hair salon, but I will not be going back there!"
"At my appointment, I explained to JANE what I wanted. She hurriedly did the cut/trim and the result was very poor. I pointed out the things she didn't do. She went back to work visibly irritated, jerking my head around, and going on about how she's been doing hair for 40 years. Then at payment time she said the charge was 24.97. I told her I've been paying 21.97 with other barbers and she started to go on about that price not including this, that, and the other thing. She did nothing more than the barbers have been doing with me over the past year. Anyway, I paid her her 24.97 and told her that included her tip. I'll NEVER have her do my hair again and advise you to heed my advice. VERY poor and unprofessional service."
"Absolutely AWFUL. My review from yesterday was deleted by them! My hair looks much worse today! Dull, dark and just gross..I feel like hell looking like this! I have to go to regional support now. What an awful experience.."
