Cost Cutters

"I had a good experience here today. Erin got me in and out and my hair looks so much better. I always tell my stylist that I want my hair a little longer than I actually do. Some hair- like mine bounces up a lot when it dries, so saying a bit longer always gives me close to the length I want. My cut is a tiny bit shorter than I wanted, but it’s my hair type -it always looks longer and springs up later on. Erin did exactly what I asked for so zero fault for her and she took extra time to ensure my hair was even. For the reasons mentioned above my hair will look even and then dry and bounce up and be way off. My cut does not look uneven at all, and that’s a common problem I have. I’m not super attached to my hair length and it’s just going to grow back into the hot mess that I hate, so the slightly shorter hair will allow me more time before I have to get it cut again. I have had stylists in the past butcher the heck out of my hair, so anytime it’s close to what I want, I’m super happy. The price is great too. I will be back!!"

"I asked for split ends/dead ends to be trimmed away and for bangs. The stylist said she would be taking off about 2 inches, which is standard, and she cut off 4+ inches and the cut is very choppy. My bangs are uneven and choppy as well. To top it off there are still many split/dead ends. So now I have to spend even more money for somebody else to fix my hair. Definitely not worth the money that is "saved" going here."

"Been using this salon for years and never had a problem. Booked an appointment today and had the worst experience ever in there. Explained to the girl how I usually get it and she completely butchered it, Cutting every direction. Had one side with long strands and the other way too short. I've never been so close to having an anxiety attack than i was today was almost in tears when i got home and saw it. Will not be going back"

"I been coming here for years and never had a problem until this last time I came in and got my hair cut. I came in on the 4th and was in the chair by 3:00. Every time I get my hair cut I always ask for the military style cut which takes about 15 to 20 minutes usually the most. The girl who cut my hair had no idea what she was doing. Myself and my wife had to tell her numerous times what to do and how to do it. Finally after about 45 minutes she went and got someone else to help her fix it. I'm guessing it was a manager. The manager ended up dropping the clippers while they was running onto my hands and lucky I didn't get cut. The manager fixed it for about 10 minutes then gave the clippers back to the girl and I was in the chair for about a hour and15min I had to tell the girl she needed to straighten the lines and cut the long strands. Remind you my daughter and wife got their hair cuts too and was done way before me. When I got home my wife had to fix my hair and cut off numerous long strands. I called and said something to the manager and all she had was excuses and could say was that she thought the girl was doing a wonderful job and that she would rather have her go slow than to rush. She also stated that she was new which okay I get but then they should of trained her better. They are going to lose a lot of customers this way. I'm also guessing the girl was sick cause she kept sniffling in my ear the whole time she was cutting my hair. And its useless to email the owner cause she doesn't respond back. I defiantly will be going someplace else from now on"
