"The Gideon at Milpitas CA furnished apartment is a great place for a short term stay or a vacation stay. The place is beautiful, clean and love the amenities. It’s close to everything you will need like groceries and the mall all walking distance. The manager Alexus is great always response on a timely matter for all you needs. The Barsala team members very helpfu, always prompt with needs."

"I love my apartment with Barsala! No complaints at all. They even supply some basic supply needs monthly. The only con I can think of is that their prices fluctuate so if you decide to extend, it may not be the same rent rate (depending on the market, they say). And that paying monthly and paying in full (depending on how long you want to stay) is a massive difference in rate."

"Gideon itself was nice when I toured - the leasing office is very helpful, the units are spacious and clean, and the amenities are nice. This review is for Barsala - the company that hosts many of Gideon's apartments on AirBnb for short term rentals. Yes, they are separate but they are also a team because Gideon does this to attract future long term residents. I hope Gideon reconsiders Barsala because it is poorly affecting their image. As Barsala shows many units on Airbnb and uses the same pictures as Gideon's website, I simply wanted to know how the furnished units actually looked like and which direction they were facing considering the train across the street but communication with them was awful. Their support team's responses on Airbnb are very delayed, short, cold and they don't even fully answer your question. You have to keep following up with them to get a response. The units on Airbnb are also listed under the Barsala hospitality manager Alexus and her responses are the same. Because no one from Barsala was properly communicating with me, I reached out to the Gideon leasing office in the chance that they could help me and they themselves reached out to Alexus, which they mentioned they do for all interested Barsala residents. They also gave me her direct contact info as well. No response. Then I called the main Barsala line and since the sales representative could not answer all my questions, they also reached out to Alexus. No response. I had to follow up with BOTH the leasing office and the Barsala sales representative again for Alexus to call me back. But when she did, she verbally attacked me for reaching out for my questions but what else is a serious person interested in renting supposed to do when you and your team don't properly communicate? Then she made excuses that she wasn't obligated to respond because it was her days off. Clearly she is far from a "hospitality manager." I was very serious in staying for an extended stay and giving my money but given that Alexus will be your point of contact, you will be left all alone and frustrated. Take your money and go somewhere else."
