The Inn at Newport Ranch

"My wife and I stayed at Inn recently for our 25 th anniversary. We had the Captains Quarters in the main building. The main problem with the stay was the mattress: worst ever! I slept on floor both nights! First time in my life in any hotel (and I am almost 70)! The management would only offer a discount for a future stay! For a room costing over $1,000/night, it was a big disappointment. I would not recommend this property."

"What can I say, amazing. The hotel is awesome, the restaurant is delicious and the cocktails at happy hour are just a teaser. This doesn't even mention the gorgeous hiking grounds that the property offers as well. They have these most amazing viewing picnic tables that you can hike up a lunch to enjoy, or the hotel will bring the lunch up for you. What more could you ask for. Don't forget to keep walking to the backside of the property and visit the redwood forest and mushroom farm."

"All I can say is WOW! Micki gave us a great tour. She showed us around the grounds and gave us a time of “The Grove,” one of the most beautiful suites I have ever seen. The kitchen, spa, gardens, and Ocean are all stunning! There is a special feeling here. If you are considering a corporate BOD retreat, this is the place! The Ranch has over 2,500 acres and would not disappoint your directors. This is the perfect place for planning the next big thing for your company! Blair is the General Manager and will take exceptional care of your team."

"Beautiful setting with nice accommodations. This is less hotel than it is a central lodge that hosts a few guest houses, which can be easily subdivided. We were sold on the view, and that did not disappoint. The place is fairly remote, so dinner options are pretty much at the lodge and choices are basically a meat or fish and a salad or soup, but the meals are well done. The wine list and cocktail list are both quite good. Staff are very friendly. Blair seems to have all the facets in her domain and we met Bre, Dominique and Brittany, who were all super nice and helpful."

"This is an extraordinary, one-of-a-kind inn. Each room is unique as is the decor of the entire property which captures the ethos of the spectacular redwood forest and it's history. It is set on the high bluffs of one of the most scenic and wild sections of the Northern California Coast. We have stayed several times for special events and in each case left more than happy with our experiences. The food and service are also beyond expectation. You've probably noticed the superlatives in my description. The Inn at Newport Ranch deserves it!"
