"This is not a 3-star inn or health spa. It is a 1-star motel. Gas heating for rooms do not work. Instead the electric LED screen pretending to be a fireplace is inadequate to heat the room. Had to get additional electric heater dish from front desk and sleep with clothes on to stay warm. Also the advice about letting the water run and wait for hot water is no joke. The room is damp and freezing, and it is winter. The empty parking lot upon arrival was a red flag as was the inability to view the “newly remodeled rooms” online. Stay only if you have no other choice. The hostess is quite nice. But I would be too charging as much as they do while stressing no refunds."

"I wanted to use the restaurant and spa on thanksgiving. I spoke with staff who said both were open. When I got there they said the restaurant was closed for years. Jacuzzi was closed due to covid. There is no pandemic. The mattresses were new but there was a smell of mold in the room. Never again."

"Red Flag I would definitely say RUN and not walk.. I booked a room at this place because it said it was a spa well I can honestly say it is not they offer no services other than a massage but they don't honor the bookings, i'm physically disabled and requested a soaking tub it's the only way I can really get my body to move,When I called to booked and requested exactly that a soaking tub what I got was a regular bathtub covered in soap scum and felt the floors were never swept or cleaned i woke up in the middle of the night only to step on live bugs . Booking a room that you know is infested as the owner of the property and then denying a disabled person the accommodations that were requested prior puts her in violation of disability laws !. I was overcharged $150 for the room for four nights i left a day early because their maintenance guy was lurking outside my window acting like he was sweeping but when I opened the door there was a huge mess still! As a woman traveling alone I felt very unsafe There was no reason for him to be lurking out my door. this place is a joke i will be reporting them to the better business bureau the health department and a few others,, people like this should not be allowed to steal and that's exactly what this lady is doing stealing money for profit, she knew she had bugs the whole building is infested ,Most dishonest person I've ever met.."

"This is my new favorite place to stay in Fort Bragg. Check in was easy and we definitely felt like our comfort and enjoying our stay was important. We had two dogs with us and it was not a problem. They have a picnic area and large area behind the motel to walk your dog. The room was clean but it could use a deep cleaning. But honestly, I would deep clean it myself the next time I am here just to help, they were that nice."

"Upon calling the lady was super friendly and the front desk guy was super nice. The floors were dirty and there was still trash in the garbage can. Beware do not take in any food or drinks because it will be covered in ants...ugh! I think after paying 199.00 dollars for one night I should be able to have a room free of ants and spider webs."
