"This is a well kept secret. We moved to Torrance from being in the beach area for decades and this Ralphs market is great (they kept it much cleaner than the Manhattan Beach location during the pandemic shut downs). This pharmacy really is better. The customer services makes it worth me filling prescriptions here even it it costs more. I have had at least 3 staff at Ralphs pharmacy who went above and beyond to make sure I got the Rx when needed. Ernie was so efficient as to call me to make sure I knew that the price of a medication had jumped up significantly. I pick up meds for my dad now and my kid at 3 different pharmacies so it's nice to see that at least one is efficient, caring and easy to deal with. When I went on vacation last fall the lady tech helped me make sure my prescriptions were sorted before we left the state and she called me back to follow up. Sadly, tha customer service has been gone from many chain pharmacies lately. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes twice at another pharmacy recently while looking for a less expensive price. Then I decided it's not worth it. I'm staying with the service. Thank you Ralphs Pharmacy Torrance! You are doing a fabulous job and I appreciate it."
