"I ordered 3 roast beef sandwiches. Somehow 2/3 of them were not even edibale. The meat was bright pink and not even warm. Definitely undercooked. I wish I had taken a picture, but ended up throwing them right in the trash because I was so disgusted. Very disappointing."
"Order wrong! Quite drive-thru doesn't try to sell anything. Napkins yeah right that makes to much sense. How bout sauce didn't ask me to remind me or just throw some in the bag anyway. Just horrible service. Food is o.k. but all mashed into a roast beef ball on a bun. Come on people. Take some pride you have a job & care to show some people interaction skills."
"One star for food second time going thru drive-thru and order was wrong...I ordered an Arbys Classic and keep receiving an Arbys roast beef with cheese on it....given it was the second time and I hate cheese (no offense to Wisconsinites) had to throw away another $10 sandwich."
