"Honest, friendly and affordable is what I look for in a bussiness and this place is NONE of those things. They seem to not care for women and will take advantage of you if they can. It was a terrible experience from the start to the end. I recommend going anywhere else, but here. I spoke to the owner before deciding to make a review and he did not seem to care. They tried to upsell me on repairs that my mechanic said is not needed and he couldn't believe what they charged me. Also, stay away from the loaner vehicle. It was terrible."

"A great one-stop shop for service in the east Madison area. Unlike most places they offer a warranty for their work, so if you have any problems after the fact, they will always take care of you. You can tell these guys have been working on cars for a long time and they’ll give you a straight answer when you ask a question."

"I don’t like to write negative reviews on local businesses, but I do NOT recommend going here. I took my car to Broadway Tire for tires and for them to look at the battery. When I dropped off my car, I had it running because I was worried about the battery dying. They didn’t listen to these concerns. When I went to pick up my car, it was dead. After paying for a battery service and telling them about the battery, I feel they didn’t listen. They sold us tires with a warranty, but when we went to pick it up and ask them they couldn’t provide any information on the warranty. They couldn’t answer any questions or provide any information about the tires. After giving them over $1000, they couldn’t answer any questions. When I went to pick it up, it was dead. I paid to have them look at the battery and clean it off, which was a waste. I had to wait another 2 days to pick it up for them to install a battery."

"Two drawbacks: having to be onsite and waiting, not being able to make an appointment and the person that drove my car around didn’t clean he’s hands prior. Steering wheel, brake handle and door handle were filthy. Courteous service."

"I give them a solid 5 stars, This is definitely my go to place for all kinds of Auto Repairs or Maintenance. I usually work on all of my own vehicles, but for the stuff im not able to do I use them. I have gotten numerous sets of tires mounted on rims, I took my 97 Lesabre here for an oil change, alignment along with a tire rotation, and surpentine belt. They got everything done and where even honest enough to tell me that I didn’t need an alignment. They also have a pretty good selection of used tires even if they are a weird/obscure size. As mentioned ive taken multiple sets of tires and rims to be mounted and balanced which always come out fantastic!. Staff overall seems friendly and very straightforward. I can see how the “first come first serve” may be an inconvenience for some people but ive never had a complaint with it. The pricing quotes for repairs are relatively accurate, but keep in mind… sh*t can happen at any time. Vehicles are unpredictable, so take into account that there may be hickups or problems especially of your car is rusty. Luckily the staff is very good about calling you if anything arises, and they will give you a very clear and concise description of what needs work."
