"They caused $390.40 worth of damage to my vehicle. I watched their employee put the car battery on my paint and scratch it. He also installed the battery incorrectly and broke the emission purge valve resulting in $390.40 worth of damage that I had to pay for. I have contacted Steve the store manger several times via both email and phone calls asking for a refund with no follow up. This occurred in November of 2022 and I was told in May of 2023 that Steve would follow up with me. He hasn't. Horrible customer service experience!"
