I called the day before to find out the price of repair & was told it was actually ready then. Only thing that I would've liked was if someone had called with a total price before the repair was completed. I would've done it but it would've been a nice bonus to have the head's up. "I brought in an antique violet ray machine expecting that they never would work on it as it can produce up to 50,000 volts. It took a couple of weeks to replace the main feed wire and the owner found that an older farm tractor motor used the same type. I showed this machine to some regular electricians that work commercial property and they didn't know or have any idea to repair it. Our people at Kiefer are the best!"
"Kiefer Appliance is the best. They're honest and skilled, factory-approved for many brands, and experienced with everything from electric shavers to electric lawn mowers, mixers, clocks, vacuum cleaners. Basically, if you've got an appliance that needs work, they'll very politely tell you whether it is worth it to repair, or not, and whether they should make the repair. Their work is skillful and timely. I've had them repair vacuum cleaners, electric sanders, drills, air purifiers, mowers and mixers. The price was more than fair, and keeping my excellent old tools out of the landfill is, to me, priceless."
