"On my first trip to this particular Walmart, I was in total disbelief at how such an enormous store could have such a small parking lot! And my second trip just left me feeling pretty stupid. There actually is a huge underground parking lot that is as big as the store... What a great way to utilize the space. Got to go back on my bike !!"
"If only there were zero stars. Lawn and garden doors close at 8pm, but don't worry the sign that explains that - it's stuck behind the smoking bin over by the trash. Would have been great if any of the 6 employees sitting at the door would have mentioned it either. Should have just gone to Target!"
"We were on our way to Sun Prairie when we blew a tire on the interstate, we came into the auto center to get a new tire, Ray was AMAZING! They were super busy, he remained calm while not only taking care of us but numerous other people. He fit us in, put the new tire on the rim, and went out in the cold to put our tire on for us! He kept his composure the entire time and had a great attitude! Thank you Ray, you’re amazing !"
"Great Value brand customer service. My pick up order was wrong. The girls who brought out my order just started putting bags in my trunk while I was sitting in my car. When I got out to say hi, they never confirmed my name, asked if I had seen the substitutions or even said hello. Completely ignored me. I called when I got home to ask for a refund, the manager argued with me, didn't apologize, and hung up on me. I guess when you shop in the ghetto, you get ghetto customer service. There's a reason I only stop here once or twice a year. I do a pick up entirely because I don't want to be mugged in the parking ramp. Just don't go here."
"This Walmart is pretty huge and has a lot of services including health and lifestyle services. The front lot closes at 8:00pm and it looks like only self service is available at that time which may be more efficient for the business. There is a subway within the Walmart. There is ample parking underground. The prices are reasonable and the grocery items are usually in good condition. Will recommend the Walmart for large purchases."
