"Came for breakfast. The food was delicious, although the first time around they gave us the wrong food. I got a flavored latte and it was delicious as well. Lots of seating. Friendly staff - one of them was able to recognize that we were first timers, by our blank stares no doubt. I plan on visiting again."

"Updated Review - 12/30/23: My wife met a friend of ours for breakfast today at The Red Onion Cafe. I was surprised when she got home because she brought me my favorite… Bagels and Lox! Mmm!!! It was delicious! I get it almost every time I go there. It was the morning after St. Patrick’s Day, and we were hoping we could find somewhere that had corned beef and sauerkraut is some form or fashion for breakfast. We were in luck…. The Red Onion Cafe had a couple of specials…. The Reuben Omelet and the Reuben Quiche. WOW! They were both delicious!!! I also got my favorite drink…. The Cobra Chai Latte…. Mmmm!!! Everything was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. The first place we thought of was the Red Onion Cafe. It is only five minutes from our house…. Super convenient! We sat down and immediately saw our former neighbor and his son walking in. They sat with us. Five minutes later another neighbor and his wife walked in. That is what we like about the Red Onion…. it is GREAT neighborhood restaurant. The food is delicious…. The atmosphere is great…. And the service is fast and friendly. They apologized for being short-handed... but we got our drinks in record time! The service is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Our drinks were perfect. Super hot... Just like we like them. I tried the Cobra Chai Tea Latte... SUPER delicious. It is a normal Chai Tea Latter with Hot Honey in it. We didn't get anything to eat... But I can tell you that everything I have ever got there is delicious! I will always recommend The Red Onion Cafe! Easy to find, easy parking, great atmosphere, friendly fast service, and delicious food. What more could you ask for. Again, I highly recommend The Red Onion Cafe! —————————————————————————— Original Review - A fun place to eat on a Saturday morning. The food is delicious... The coffee is great... And the service is incredible! My favorite is the Bagels and Lox. I get it almost every time I eat there. My wife's favorite is the Door County Cherry French Toast. There are tables outside when the weather is warm. The Red Onion is open every day but Sunday... I wish it was open every day. I highly recommend the Red Onion!"

"First time eating here and it was absolutely amazing. I ordered the chicken curry flatbread and it was delicious, I also had a coconut latte that was equally delicious. The staff is super friendly and attentive and it's just a great vibe in the entire place. I love it! I will drive here weekly from Kenosha to eat here lol"

"This is my go to breakfast/brunch place in Racine. The staff is amazing, they are super nice and helpful all the time. It's nice to feel appreciated as a customer. The food and coffee are delicious. You really can't go wrong with anything. I recommend the breakfast sandwich and hash browns. If your an English Premier League fan they typically have a game on the one TV on Saturdays and Sundays. The cafes giant windows make this a great place to people watch year round. If you're in the area check this place out."
