"For 2 decades I've said the best pizza I've ever had is at a place in Lake Geneva. That all changed on March 1st 2024. Riviera Bowl & Pizzeria has incredible pizza. I can't wait to try what else they have."

"They get one star only because the don't allow for a zero star rating. The lack of a hostess or acknowledgement of our presence or even a sign letting us know to seat ourselves is bad enough. But coupled with the fact that it doesn't matter whether you wait to be seated or you seat yourself is irrelevant- since there was not a single worker there who acknowledged our presense- either at the restaurant entryway for 5 minutes or after we sat ourselves and waited 15 + minute; it didn't matter as nobody acknowledged us. It could be because they feel that they already have enough business- so they don't need mine or yours either? Or they just don't like Hispanics? Either way, this outrageous behavior is unacceptable- so we won't be back. AVOID!! You have been warned."
"We are new to the area and a neighbor told us about "The Riv" and said the food was excellent. HOLY COW, was she right, the pizza is outstanding. Quality toppings and the crust was perfect. We brought the family on our next visit and everyone loved it. Thank you team Riv!!!"
