"I highly recommend SP fitness, it has such a fun friendly atmosphere. You never feel out of place. Trainers are always there to answer questions and make you feel welcome. I really enjoy the classes offered. You get to work out with a great group and get tips from the trainer to ensure your getting the most out of the exercise. They also offer a red zone area for you to get in exercise when you have time. My favorite part of the red zone is that they have a screen running, showing you how to do the exercise. Makes it super easy to follow the workout they have set up. Definitely recommend checking out SP Fitness, you won't be sorry you did."
