"Short staffed and careless employees apparently. I never leave bad reviews... or reviews period. This milios in sauk has been going down hill, but the last straw is today when I put in an online delivery order. I waited for an hour and decided to call to make sure my order went through. The girl that answered said yes, they were just getting ready to make it (late) and it would be out when it can, I asked how she can guarantee it will be out since it was already way past the delivery time, even though i live 5 minutes from the store (I have a baby and can't leave right now). She didn't say anything, and I asked why they were just making subs for walk ins and nothing for delivery, and still nothing and then decided to hang up on me. This is disrespectful and just uncalled for all around. Sick of wating my money here honestly."

"It breaks my heart leaving this review, but I have waited long enough and given enough chances. I ordered for 12pm delivery and it didn't arrive until almost 12:50pm. I placed the order at 9:35am. I got a call at 12:15 but was unable to answer it. Called back and was told my order would be late. This has happened on more than one occasion. Most of the staff I have interacted with have been super nice, but just be warned, you probably don't want to bother with delivery."

"So happy to have a new option in town! Tried delivery from them. Got my wrap, and it was perfect! Filled with great fresh veggies, chicken, and bacon. My little one got a cute lil sub, milk, and an applesauce. It must have been good, because it was sure gone quick! Cookies were good. Everything was just as it should be if you had gone to any other Milo's. The delivery lady was super nice, and friendly. Great first experience with the new store!"
