"Although the staff are my coworkers, they still greet me and my mom every morning and always have a smile on their faces even through their hard days. Wait time is very minimal, and the coffee is always perfect. Before I became an employee, I and my mother were and still are regulars here. "me and my friends were stopping at this dunkin while driving to get some food and drinks. usually we love dunkin, although our experience was extremely disappointing. tried to order a small matcha latte- they made a regular latte. it wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had just remade it regularly. but, to our surprise, we were greeted with unwelcoming, utterly rude responses. the worker’s attitudes were purely nasty and they told us contradicting solutions- saying we could keep the accident latte then asking to take it back. after we pulled around to wait for the correct drink, they brought out a drink that was incorrect (again) and the cup was full of all ice. two sips worth of matcha for $5. attached are pictures of said drink. extremely disappointed with the service we received… we all have rough days but this was unacceptable. will never come here again."
