"You would see this is a 2 star place at best if you read all the reviews. Sadly people are leaving 5 star reviews on the automotive part for the dog toy they just bought. I went in for a simple 50 cent wheel weight that was half arsed put on and was flapping. They would not sell me one or give me one. He asked if I got them here and I said yes. Apparently that was too much work to look up so not sure why he asked. They wanted me to have it balanced again. Not free. When I went to a garage down the street and asked . They handed me both options. I returned the one I didn't need."
"Ken is the absolute best service manager I’ve ever met. We had a flat tire in the Dells right as we were about to leave town. Called Ken and he was able to help us right away. The store was busy, so Ken did the repair himself! We were so beyond thankful for his kindness, professionalism, and speedy repair!!! What a positive ending to such a crummy situation!"
