"The main part of the store is great. I would re-visit multiple times. Now with that being said the furniture separate store attached really needs to make sure all their prices are on the items. It was very inconvenient to keep asking for a price, and having them figure it out. To be told things get moved around and prices get lost is not for what a retail store should be. I watched them do this with me and multiple customers. I have been in retail 40 years. People don't want to have to hunt for the price. The main store was much better. Pick up your game guys you could be a triumph if you do"
"Beautiful piece of furniture that was painted. Missing paint in some areas. Owner volunteered to drop off a little extra paint so I could touch it up & original hardware & then got a nasty email from the other owner stating they would not be doing this & I was ‘demanding’. Obviously the customer service and communication is lacking here. I also paid for delivery & my husband & son helped out. Wouldn’t return to this business."
"Such a cute vintage store conveniently located a thrift shop. I always enjoy coming to Walnut Creek Mercantile after thrift shopping. I live so close to Walnut Creek Mercantile, so I end up walking here. There is plenty of parking available to those who need to drive here. You could get lost inside for hours as there are so many treasures inside!"

"An absolutely amazing selection of antiques, referbished furniture and unique selection of goods. The vendors are incredibly helpful without being pushy. Stop in for the ambiance, popcorn, coffee or treats!!! Watch for their special occasions - Sip and Shop, parking lot sale, holiday decor at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas."
