"Staff was not educated about basic product questions, three people were unable to help with what components came in a box, nor could answer what other products might be right (all I needed was a dough mixer!) and suggested I use their wifi to determine myself. Long waits for products to be pulled and staff not well trained on registers."
"Worst customer service. Just want to check if ONE thing is in stock with associate and was asked to reach out to another associate which ask me to ask another associate. All I got at the end is a “No” with my 30 minutes wait. They rather serve the rich white people first as their requests are considered priority before me even though I was in line first. Avoid this overpriced place."
"Visited this location in Walnut Creek to return an item and use a gift card, the customer service was terrible. Staff were not helpful at all and very unfriendly. Definitely will not be a returning customer anymore here unless it’s an online purchase."
"Don't bother going to this store or even calling them. They are extremely rude and don't have any information that can help you. Called the store to check if an item was able to be returned and got yelled at by the person working at the store since they weren't sure if store credit would be issued or not. It's easier just dealing with the website chat feature. Not sure how they still remain in business!"
