"I do not leave poor reviews but I purchased something on 10/15, that has not shown up yet. This was supposed to arrive on 10/24. I reached out to ask for a shipping update on 10/24 after not receiving it. Someone responded to me(no name in the signature) at midnight saying that it had shipped and they would send tracking info “shortly.” I have received no product nor any updates or responses to my (5) follow ups since the last correspondence. I would advise anyone against purchasing online as the customer service I have received is poor at best."
