"I had made some online purchases, which by the way would not recommend if you plan to return at the store. My package came with no shipping receipt. I went to the Bruceville store to return. Jennifer and another wonderful associate assisted me and they both were so nice and helpful. Jennifer, even though was stressed out like me about Sally Beauty's return process, was super kind and patient. It took almost an hour but she resolved the issue and got my returns completed. I'd definitely recommend this particular store."

"Love the location of the products and it's definitely a plus that they are so knowledgeable on their products and with Hair Care in general. However I'm not very happy when I come in and I feel pressured into buying products that I don't want or need or really have any interest in. That was what happened to me today."
"Poor experience! Sales associates are NOT knowledgeable AT ALL not even about there products ! I had to ask more than one associate and all 3 gave me different answers and none of the answers were what the product does ! I will not recommend this location and to anyone. When I visited the store there was this rude employee Rebecca was her girls name she didn't know much about the products I had questions about. I would ask questions and she wouldn't answer them at all and her appearance was just off for a beauty supply retail store you would think the girls would look they're best they are supposed to be "professionals" she had piercings in visible places and tattoos everywhere and she was just straight up rude ! This location is no longer my favorite and I rather go to a different location. I could give no stars if there was an option."
