"Came to this location because according to google they don’t close until 9:00 pm . My boyfriend went to open the door and it was locked , it was a little after 8:00 pm . Through the window you can see 1 employee at the register with dark roots with green / teal colored hair . She did not open the to let in a customer to buy the product He needed to buy. I thought by law stores arnt supposed to lock doors until they are closed . No note on the door saying they were closing early or anything . HORRIBLE ."
"I've been a long time customer here. I accidentally bought the wrong color hair dye. Went back two days later without my receipt and was told I couldn't exchang it. The young lady said that I could only get partial credit for the wrong item, and had to pay the remaining balance for the correct one. The young lady was careless and rude. Was there on 08/28/19 mid afternoon."
