"I’ve called for almost 2 weeks trying to make an appointment. Three times I have left my name phone number and what I need my appointment for. I have not received a phone call back. Why is it so hard to give a call back?! I have an appointment coming up with Tiva for my eyebrows who I absolutely love but I want to speak with crystal the store manager because at this point I’m beyond upset! I’ve called in advance to get my appointment for my hair to get done for my graduation and it’s going to be too late!"
