"I called this nail salon yesterday to ask if they can do an acrylic soak off the lady proceeded to say we’re busy when that wasn’t my question I was not even planning on going there that day. Then I asked her do you have availability in the morning and she said something like we’re busy again. That was poor customer service and she was unwilling to find an available date.
