"I went to get my birthday nails done here and unfortunately I was hurt by the nail removal. The nail tech used a tip to pop off my previous set and it hurt really bad so I asked him to do it another way. He soaked my nails in warm water but still used a tip to remove the previous set. My natural nail was pulled off in this process. It hurt very badly and I should have been more vocal, but I wasn’t and that is my fault. I asked if it was okay to put product on the part that was hurt and he assured me that it was fine. It hurt very badly and I should have been vocal about it but I didn’t say anything. The nail’s themselves are gorgeous but my thumb was still in pain a few hours after I left. The pain was unbearable so I soaked my nail off in acetone to remove the product. That was also extremely painful because the skin under my nail was exposed. I want to clarify that the nail application was fine and the nail tech did a great job in making the nails look beautiful. I would just like to state my experience. I personally would not go here again because I got hurt. If you decide to go here either soak off your previous set or ask them to soak it off in acetone instead of popping them off. It’s has been a day and my thumb still hurts. The photo does not represent how the nails look, they were beautiful, I am showing the part where I got hurt."

"Googled a nail place and it came up a 4.5 Went in on a Sunday night just for a polish change. I had a set done a week prior somewhere else and it was chipping. This place decided I should just get a fill. From the time I sat down the girl didn't speak to me rushed to file off the gel, did the fill it so horrible and bumble and missed spots, then passed me on to a guy. He was nice but at the same time was deciding what designs he liked better. I was not happy with that. Charge me $75 for "a freestyle design" that I did not pick. I will not go back I know what I want and like and don't need them to tell me what's better. These are the worst nails I've had. Bumpy lumpy design was not on point. I've paid cheaper and had exceptional work done. Don't let these ppl tel YOU what they want."
