"I live in Long Beach but I drive to this location for my eyebrows because they're thin and the technicians make them look great. Today I was helped my younger one in the back who barely took her time only cleaned the area up did not shape them spent more time trying to convince me to get my eyebrows tattooed on. If she did not have experience with thin brows she should allowed someone else to do it. I normally praise this shop and recommend it but I left disappointed and thinking I need a new location."

"Listen to me and others when I say this place is very rude and unprofessional When I asked for gel pedicure prices the girl in the front said starts at $43 when I sat down my nail tech Pauline Le said I needed callus removal which I don’t! And said it would be $53. I repeatedly told her I wanted a basic pedicure…she wrote $53 on her slip and said this ok. I asked a Hispanic lady that work there if I had to get services I didn’t want she was like no. So later on I again told the nail tech I was only paying $43 she got upset and began to act rude. She started talking to others about me…I know because they would look at me and laugh. This reminded me why I stopped coming to these kind of nail shops, (my nail tech is out of town and I need a pedi for new years). PLEASE DONT SUPPORT SHOPS THAT DONT RESPECT THEIR CLIENTS. At the end she ripped up the old slip and threw it in the pedicure tub and gave me one for $43. As I got up and still acted nicely I thanked her and she didn’t even acknowledge me. Please don’t support this place"

"I needed a pedicure and they were able to accommodate me as a walk on. The associate was very professional, he remembered me for a previous visit. I like that they always ask if I'd like something to drink. Everything went well and he made sure I had the toenails completely dry prior to my leaving."

"My daughter rode her bike 20 minutes from out house to the nail shop to get her nails done. She sat in the nail shop 10 minutes and they told her at 4:43pm she has to come back tomorrow because they were full and closing. They're business hours state Sunday 11am-7pm! Why is it that it's almost 5pm and your turning clients away? This was our second time going to the place and our last. They're unprofessional"

"I see this place everytime I go to the moves and happy that I finally stopped by. The service was professional and the pedicure ladies friendly. It was nice not having to yell across the room what service I wanted as well-they actually use their reception desk. I'll come back and not just for the reasonable prices."
