"Last night my grandpa visited this store and the guy working there kicked everybody out of the bathroom because he said he wanted to mop? And my grandpa soiled himself because he is disabled and needed to use the bathroom but the obese worker with a scraggly beard that works there wouldn’t let him? Instead of waiting for him and then mopping after? We are going to sue this store because of him. He needs to get fired for that. This was around 8:30pm 2/10/24. Check the cameras."

"I recently had an Order Pickup experience at Target that had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the product availability and order accuracy were spot-on. However, the overall experience was somewhat dampened by a delayed acknowledgment from the team member on duty. Upon arrival, it took a while for the team member to acknowledge my presence, and their demeanor seemed disconcerted, creating an impression that I might have been an inconvenience to them. Clear communication and a more welcoming atmosphere would greatly enhance the customer experience during these interactions. I appreciate the product quality and the convenience of the Order Pickup service, but improvements in customer service interactions would make the overall experience more enjoyable. I hope this feedback helps in enhancing the service for future customers."

"Most understocked filthiest target. All employees seem to do is discuss at the front of the store on walkee talkies about what customers they should be "monitoring" for security reasons or just chatting ? Their priorities are all wrong. Store is constantly horribly understocked. like BAD. bad. (for ex. no panties in any of the 20 drawers in all sections besides half eaten lollipops & Starbucks food wrappers) then every time I'm leaving I hear them scrambling at the front the store just chatting on walkee talkies near the bathrooms. Not saying it's the employees fault persa, but definitely a corporate/ management issue. It's no wonder target is tanking I'll be shopping at the mall one from now on as it's getting worse & worse each visit"

"Accessibility: they have accessible parking as well as curbside pick-up. There is a ramp to get up to the store and sidewalk and the doors at the entrance are motion-activated. It is air conditioned inside and very brightly lit. Experience: target has a lot of things you might need for your home or outfits but I think it's a little overpriced."
