"I've been here many times before. But today I was shocked with this girl at the drive thru. She was super rude. I've never had an experience with rude service ever in any Starbucks. Usually Starbucks strives for excellent customer service, but today I had the worst customer service experience I've ever had in any Starbucks. The only thing she missed telling me with her rude attitude was to leave and not come back. What a rude girl you have at the drive thru today. She didn't even give me a receipt. So I don't even know her name. She needs to get out of customer service. She is horrible at it."

"This location is by far the worst service and takes so long. Went thru the drive thru today aye 3:20pm. W 2 car in front of me literally took 20 mins from time I order to when we picked up the drink(we only order 1 drink) everything it tales so long. Won't come back to this location ever again."

"Management at this starbucks not good for customers. Last manager experience a week or so ago I had with a female manager (i think dirty blonde hair), lots of side/personal talk in front of customers instead of servicing them first, making customer wait to get a water added onto their order. Starbucks other places they usually just go fill a water really quick and not print out a sticker and make you wait at the back of the line again, especiallyy if you already got a coffee there and it's not busy. She was rude about it and not customer service forward, seemed to care more about talking about her lunch break."

"For the 2nd time this month, I ordered on the mobile app and arrived only for them to tell me their machines were still warming up and I needed to wait at least 5 minutes in the drive thru. Get to work on time so you don't do this to customers. You make people late for work."

"Accessibility: there's a drive thru, accessible/handicap parking in front of the building, a ramp to get onto the sidewalk, pull doors to enter the building. Experience: employees are nice, they had what I wanted, and for as long as the line was, it took much less time than I expected."
