When she finally checks, I was informed my order went to the store across town to get my drinks. They had too many orders already. But, we all know that's wrong I was suppp"

"My aunt's,mom,niece went into your Escondido location in East valley parkway on street right before home Depot entrance on Saturday, it was busy but the employees welcomed us and greeted us, they were friendly. Our drinks were all made well and correct and the wait was not bad at all. My aunt forgot her sugar so she asked for some sugar packets and we all went outside. My aunt went to the tables outside to put her sugar in her coffee she went to open the lid and the whole coffee fell over went everywhere in there patio(sorry accident) and all over her white pants and new shoes. We all ran for napkins and my sister grab her cup to go purchase my aunt another coffee. My sister returns with my aunt's coffee and my sister says it was on the house!! We were so surprised and very grateful because my aunt had purchased all of our drinks. I just feel like this Starbucks should be praised for doing the right thing and not questioning it,thank it was very nice of you to replace my aunt's drink. Thank you"

"I did a mobile order pick up & my drink + cookie was done before the pick up time. The cookie was warmed perfectly. Second time at this Starbucks as I usually just pass through Escondido & it was a normal Starbucks experience."

"Customer service doesn't exist here at all!!! Waited for a while before anyone even acknowledged my presence at the register. Not to mention that not any of the four employees who were working even tried to be welcoming or even acknowledged my presence when I entered the store. Then they take forever to make my order of two frappes and two puppachinos(whipped cream in a very small cup for dogs). Then they only gave me one puppachino and I had to remind them to give me one more that I had ordered. On top of that I had to ask for two straws for my drinks. And to add the cherry on top, the frappes tasted like black coffee with no sugar!!!! I mean come on now, if those four people don't like serving others then they shouldn't come to work at Starbucks. This is the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had in all the times I have shopped here. This Starbucks is not welcoming or pleasant at all to say at the very least. New staff with better atmosphere is desperately needed for the customers sake!!! May God bless this location with better employees!!!!! In Jesus name I pray, AMEN!!!!!!"

"This store has recently been remodeled. While I love the look and feel inside, there is no seating indoors. Only outdoor seating which is a bit odd for a Starbucks. But I felt the staff to be very friendly and kind to each other and the customers coming inside. There are so many reviews that this store has rude employees but I never get that vibe when I come in."
