"Went on Christmas Eve to pick up a gift that I bought online. The order was pulled but they wouldn’t let me take it because it didn’t show in their system as paid. I had an email receipt and also showed the charge from my bank account, but they wanted me to purchase the item twice! It was extremely frustrating that due to a glitch in their system, I was not able to get the gift I purchased. The manager was very stupid and not able to function. I will not be back to this store."
"Accessibility: accessible/handicap parking right in front of the store which is nice! The ramp is also here. The doors are pull ones and it is nice and air conditioned inside on hot days. There is a larger, accessible changing room available as well as a bunch of other smaller changing rooms in the very back of the store. Experience: there was a staff member by the door who greeted me and was friendly. Clothes here are stylish and a little less expensive than the Vans store, but similar prices...still up there a little too high. Selection: they have clothes, hats, jewelry, sunglasses, backpacks, everything you need to look cool."
"Shoutout to the staff here as they were amazing! I took my daughter in to get some clothes for school and a backpack and they were so helpful. They had the best personalities and really made my daughter feel so good about herself. Coming from a retail background myself, its’s so rare to find people that actually love what they do and showcase that in their work. Aubrey, Jasmin, and Melissa are some of the names I can remember that helped us. They were so nice and so helpful! Thank you all!!"
