"Made a reservation at 6 pm in the evening for the same night… An hour and a half later had to call and cancel due to mechanical issues with our car. (Out of state traveling). Told them we couldn’t make it and had to cancel the reservation. They said it wasn’t possible to cancel because I have to cancel before 4pm! Well I guess in their world, 6pm comes before 4pm. Duh. Only an hour and a half had pass since making the reservation…. During the process of discussion, they were very rude. They went ahead and charged my card anyway. Dispute in progress. Totally uncaring and unprofessional business practices!"

"Checked in late looking to get some rest for a long day of driving the next morning. Place looked fine from the outside. Once in my room I noticed lots of stains and general lack of cleanliness, mostly used roll of tp, but it’s a cheap hotel so whatever I don’t mind much. As I got into bed, I lifted a pillow to find some kind of bug under the pillow. It was just one bug not a huge deal, but still gross. Killed it and moved on. Got in late so I was happy about the 11 check out time to get some good sleep in, was woken up at 8:05 to a loud, room rattling sound. They were doing roofing work on the roof of my room which they did not disclose when I had checked in. I was unable to sleep more as my room vibrated from tools and the hammering sounds. Attempted to rest until just before checkout to try to make up for lost sleep, housekeeping banged on my door before checkout and called my room phone before check out time rushing me out of my room. Asked to speak to a manager while checking out and was told no manager was available. I asked for a refund and the front desk clerk made a call which summoned the manager he had just told me was not there. He told me the roofing started at 9 which was a lie, ignored my bug complaint and rudely offered to refund “2 hours” of my stay. Super dismissive and rude throughout. Will place a chargeback with my CC and never step foot here again. Do not stay here if you have an option."
