"I absolutely love going in to have the 2 for 20 menu with my mom. We both love the house salad. The little cut up tomato and cucumber is fabulous. The burger is always great and last time I got the fried shrimp. Yum!!!"

"Walk in the place was pretty dead. Got seated and waited. Wish I remember the waitress name she took the order of the table next to me. Without looking at me said she will be back. She came back to the table behind me and then left again. I waited and waited waited. I got up to leave and seen her and the guy missing teeth who seated ne just looking at me. I was amazed that they were doing nothing but talking and looking at me. I have never been disrespected like that at any place I ate before. I travel a little for work and this was unbelievable. I will never go to this place again. If I could give 0 stars I would"

"The food at this restaurant is fantastic! The service is terrible!! My beverage cup sat empty for 25+minutes.. My server Alicia C. saw it and didn't even ask if I wanted more, let alone just refill it!! Alicia just doesn't have what it takes to be a server.. I recommend this restaurant for great food, just don't sit in Alicia's section.."

"My server Russell was a breath of fresh air from what I normally expect from Applebee's customer service. Food is Applebee's food is what it is. But if you choose to come here, try and have Russell as your server he made my experience overall better and can only imagine he will do the same for you"

"Great experience at Applebee's in Ukiah. We split a steak - it was too salty, but still very tasty. We loved the cheese bites (cheese curds). The margaritas were great, too. Friendly service at the bar, too. We'll be back!"
