"I wanted to buy from a local shop and support small businesses, ended up having to wait over a month to get my tiles. I went here to ordered some tiles from them, told me it would take less than a week for my order to get to the store. After two weeks of waiting with no one from the store even calling me to let me know what was going on, I had to call them to ask where my order was and they told me they'll give me call back with the status of my order...never got a call from them. After almost 5 weeks of waiting I had to go back into the store and resolve the issue in person, during this whole time I've never gotten one phone call from them to let me know why my order was taking so long to get there. I'll never go back to this Santa Rosa Tile again, should have just went to Home Depot or Lowe's in the first place and not have to wait for so long with no customer service support."
