"As this place got good reviews and my regular mechanic does not do transmission work I brought my car here. Terrible experience. First I got no written estimate but that's not the problem. After bringing my car back 3 times , as it still had a leak I went to my mechanic to check it out. The bolts on the transmission were all loose. When I went back the 3rd time the owner said he would call me and bring my car in and leave it there. He never called . I also asked for a copy of my receipt as I couldn't find the original one. He didn't want to bother looking for it but said he would email it to me . He never did. I went back again 4th time . The owner wasn't there but the guys who were there were very nice and found it in a few minutes. Owner acts like he really cares but he doesn't. As I don't live in Alameda anymore but in Lafayette leaving my car there for 2 days and paying to rent a car was not an option .. Still leaking."
