"It a busy popular shop so it took a few days to get my car in the door. Once in the shop, Sean the mechanic was patient, did good diagnostic fixed the vehicle,got a brand part ( pricey) though quickly and got to work pretty fast. He was focused, patient, and took the time to explain things. He cleaned up sloppy errors of what other amateurs did to my vehicle. I was glad that he worked on my car and it is running well. "Honest mechanic. Had transmission issues with my truck. Took it to a transmission place and they said i had to rebuild the whole trans which did not feel right given they barely looked at the vehicle and the codes I was getting were all electrical. So I brought it to Fred's and they were honest. The diagnosed the true problem and fixed it for a fraction of the price the transmission place wanted."
"I was recommended to Fred Wrenchouse as one of the few places that deals with Suzukis (they are not made in US anymore). I had a safety check done and they clearly explained the work that needed to be done, which I appreciated it since I don't know much about cars. They are very busy though, so call ahead and don't expect to get an appointment for the next day. But that is also a sign of how good of a reputation they have."
