A1 Tracy New & Used Tires

"I was actually going to bring my Tesla in for a set of 4 tires and I was describing the situation and literally the man taking the call (9 am on Monday 2/12/24 so the owner/manager can find out who) literally up and hung up the phone. I know it wasn’t a disconnection because it was near the end of the call—- and no I wasn’t rambling on, he just grew impatient with the customer service. Best way to lose a sale and generate a bad review is to hang up directly on a customer. Additionally, the reason they do inexpensive tires is they come from china. I researched this in extensive detail and discovered that china tires are cheap because they don’t do the research and development that more expensive American tires spend to improve their tires, and of course china is just a wasteful country that pollutes enormously with no environmental standards and just trashes the planet, and of course they use cheap labor with poor working conditions for their workers. Lastly, china tires pass minimum global standards but perform poorly in wet conditions and stopping distances compared to American tires (I researched all of this) so it is much riskier for your car in the long run. So if you do end up purchasing china you might save in the short run but it is hazardous in the long run, for you, the planet, and by contributing to a foreign adversarial dictatorship country."

"I went here in literal desperation to get my tire patched and the guy told me he could not patch it because of where the tire had a screw. So he says he can replace it with a used tire - low and behold he gave me a damaged tire!!! He sold me this used tire for $50 - and now I have to replace it again! I understand it’s used but this is just not right. I feel taken advantage of and made to look like an idiot. Never again will I return there. And I will tell all of my friends and family to stay clear of this place ."

"Ive had so many bad experiences with tire shops over the years with every single one of them damaging my wheels and car (2018 Ford Fusion) in some way, when I decided to give this place a shot I was just prepared to wait forever and end up with more damage, BUT NO this place was incredibly fast! they had me done in under 15 min, were very friendly, reasonably priced and I DID NOT see ANY new damage. This place has won over a new loyal customer for as long as I live in Tracy. I will be recommending their services to my customers. This shop is also open a little later than most of the tire shops in the area which was convenient and it was my only option and turned out to be the best option regardless. Thank you A1Tracy."

"UPDATE!! Please read!! Its been almost a month and I still haven't been given my 129.00 that this business charged me twice for one band new tire. Ive called them over and over and kept getting lied too. Ive had to have my bank start procedures in getting it back. I think they thought Id give up. Oh and the reason for their excellent referral, they pay each referral 10.00 to have them write it themselves. Each referral is a lie, and the manager's fill them out. Read them they all sound the same. Avoid this business like the plague. Bought 2 brand new tires, and would think they would install 2 new valve stems. Didnt balance either tire and when I left the right front went flat just like the first one. Had to call AAA for a second time and when I arrived at their store it was closed. Had to have a friend from Stockton come pick me up and then drop me off the next monday morning. Got a new tire put on and a new valve stem but then he charged me twice for one tire! A week later and Im still trying to get the one charge put back into my bank. What a nightmare of a sunday that was. I hope you have better luck with them. One thing they were opened on a sunday. Ill give them that."

"Excellent customer service. They are open even on Sunday when all big brand stores are closed. They fixed my flat in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended."
