"Bought a used Honda Certified 2021 Accord in Nov from Tracy Honda. It only came with one key fob. I was told I could have one made out of pocket for $300+ I went to Winter Honda(closer to my house) and had one made at my expense and was told Tracy Honda should have provided an extra fob because it was a certified car. I’m out the $300+ I shouldn’t have had to pay."

"I go to honda for my service everytime but i am extremely disappointed this time They didn't listen to whatever problems i told them. But did service what they felt and gave me $500 bill. When i called desk they to told me to resolve with same agent. Agent Corey told me about fluid change and didn't tell me that he is doing wheel alignment . For fluid change also he wasn't able to pull up the history. Whatever problem I had , he said will do in next service , now i have to wait next 6 months to get my problem fixed. like wiper , air filter. Seems like costly things like wheel alignment they will do quickly but avoid doing cheap things like filters which"

"Been a "Honda only" person since they came to Tracy! All 5 of my new vehicles were purchased and taken care of by Tracy Honda for over 3 decades without any complaints. However, within the last 2 years, service has taken a slide and has me thinking of purchasing my 2023 elsewhere. From parts that were ordered and never installed to promised tasks that were never done. As an example, I purchased windshield blades but didn't know how to install the "rubber" replacement. I was told by the parts department that it was their job and to ask someone in service? Parts department has "always" helped me, and I was taken aback. They were definitely not busy on the date in question. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to help me in Service, but no one came. They said I was a "VIP" member!? Really can do without the lip service. I left in the rain! My neighbor who works in service for another dealer helped me and said a customer would have trouble installing the blades if they didn't know what they were doing. I thanked him for helping me. I'm getting tired of being told one thing and not getting the job done. Started looking elsewhere..... sad"

"I wish they hire more competent service personnel here. Each time I get my car here, it turns out to cause other issues. I end up watching YouTube ans learn to do it right myself. Lome a proper transmission flush and fluid exchange that they can't even get right here. I had mine done here and my car return with judder issues a couple weeks later. Did it myself and it hasn't returned since. Also they won't change transmission filter here. Not sure why. End up doing that myself with the fluid exchange."
